Service and Product Delivery

Kingaroy Kitchen ships within Australia only. For international orders please contact Kingaroy Kitchen by phoning +61 1800 818 945 to discuss postage options & costs.

Delivery within Australia is made through Australia Post, using Regular Australia Post Parcel for a flat fee of $10 within QLD and $15 for the rest of Australia.

We endeavour to process and ship orders within 48 hours from approval of payment. If a delay is expected, you will be notified by email. Kingaroy Kitchens is closed on weekends, so orders placed during this time will not be processed until Monday morning. Similarly, orders placed during public holidays will not be processed until standard business resumes.

We like you to receive the product fresh, so all our biscuits and breads are baked to order. Due to this, we not ship orders containing biscuits and breads on a Friday as we do not like our freshly baked products to sit in postal trucks/depots over the weekend.
